* Any unauthorized access caused by sharing survey links or poor access controls

You acknowledge that sharing surveys publicly carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for such risks.

22. Security Disclaimer

While we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, you acknowledge that:

* No system is completely secure
* We do not guarantee protection against all breaches, hacks, or unauthorized access
* You are responsible for configuring privacy settings and access controls appropriately

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any security breach not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

23. Changes to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that, in our sole discretion, appears to constitute impersonation or misrepresentation.

28. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any content, including logos, trademarks, images, or brand elements included in your User Content.

You agree not to:

* Use third-party intellectual property without authorization
* Infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights

We do not endorse, verify, or validate User Content and disclaim any responsibility for such content.

29. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights or constitutes impersonation or misuse of your brand, you may submit a notice to us containing:

* Description of the rights being violated
* Your contact information
* A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized

31. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or engage in impersonation or deceptive practices.

32. Cooperation with Legal Requests

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulators, or rights holders in the investigation of alleged wrongdoing, including disclosure of relevant account information where required by law.
